The ContactQ demonstration server can be accessed here.

Please be aware that configuration of this server is reloaded with default data every 24 hours.

Server Administration

This logon should be used for:

• Server administration
• Access to server logfiles
• Creation of additional domain / partitions
• Dialplan mapping of numbers to domains

IMPORTANT - There is currently no demonstration available for this this account type.

Domain Administrator

This logon should be used for:

• Domain administration

ACD Supervisor

This logon should be used for:

• User / Group administration
• ACD queue administration
• Routing rules configuration
• Realtime Agent / Queue reporting
• Supervisor documentation

ACD Agent

This logon provides access to:

• Agent Dashboard
• Agent documentation
